Grady County Board of Education hit by vandals

Cairo - The vandals apparently pried open a large metal door, then broke a window to get inside the warehouse where they broke into an office. The only thing missing is a laptop computer that contains the software program that controls the heating and air conditioning units at the high school.

Several car windows were also broken out and even shot by a pellet gun. About $2500 worth of damage was done. If you have any information, contact the Cairo Police Department at 378-3096.
