Albany- Saturday the United Way held it's first "Touch a truck and buckle up" fundraiser.
Not only did families pick up valuable safety information about car seats, boats and ATVs, but they also enjoyed fun activities like dunking the district attorney.
"We haven't met goal in the last three years and we try to do everything during our campaign time, and not have to have another fundraiser throughout the year, but just like other agencies that we support our money is short and so we're having to," says Liz Gray of the United Way.
The United Way was able to raise 96% of it's $1.5 million goal during it's four month fundraising campaign last year.
