Valdosta- Valdosta State's Eduardo Rincon and Indianapolis' Grace Wilhoite are this year's recipients of the ITA/Arthur Ashe Award for Leadership and Sportsmanship.
This award goes to a player who has exhibited outstanding sportsmanship and leadership as well as scholastic, extracurricular and tennis achievements.
Rincon is a junior from Bogota, Colombia who plays number one singles and doubles for the 4th ranked Blazer tennis team that begins play tomorrow in the NCAA D-II tennis tournament in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Rincon is ranked seventh in the nation in singles and 11th in doubles.
