Colquitt County - A jury is selected to hear murder charges against a Colquitt County man.

Forty-two-year-old Hank Lacey, Junior, of Colquitt County is charged with killing 34-year-old Diego Perez Lopez.

Investigators say Lopez was shot two times after an argument about a stolen gun. Lacey went to sleep with the body lying in his living room.

Lacey was released from a mental institution the week before the shooting.

His trial is expected to start at 9:30 Tuesday morning.
