Brooks County -- A mans falls 95 feet from a crane to his death.

Saturday night, 25 year-old Dwayne Andrew, of Quitman, was operating a Crane at the Langboard Timber Plant. Sheriff's deputies say the crane started to collapse and Andrew was thrown out the window of the crane's box.

"Last night the machine was just going along and he said it would just stop and it would just throw you out of your seat literally. I guess it went to the point and it fell," says Billy Sutton a friend of victim.

Andrew was rushed to South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta where he was pronounced dead.

The company is currently investigating what caused the crane to malfunction and would not comment  on Andrew's death.
