Bainbridge - Brown Moseley has been the District Attorney for the South Georgia Judicial Circuit in Bainbridge since 1983.  Moseley says he still enjoys trying cases but has decided it's time to do something else.  He says, "I'm gonna look at several different options. I'm certainly not gonna be out buying a hammock and relaxing. I've always worked hard, and I feel comfortable working."

Joe Mulholland, an Assistant District under Moseley, is running uncontested for the position. Moseley says, "He has the right attitude about the job, he's here for the right reasons. I don't have any reluctance whatsover in Joe following myself in this office."

If elected, 27-year old Mulholland will be the youngest District Attorney in Georgia.
