Seminole's Kirkland heading to Andrew - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

 Donalsonville- Seminole County High School's Shawn Kirkland signed a college scholarship with Andrew College Tuesday morning in Donalsonville.

Kirkland will play outfield and pitch for the Tigers.

He has a .350 batting average with two homeruns for the Indians who are 17-4 and in second place in region 1-A.

Kirkland was an all-region player as a junior and will likely earn similar honors this season.
