Ben Hill County- 78 year old Hugh Dorsey Stevens was taken to the hospital Tuesday with injuries to his face and upper body. He died two days later.
In February, Stevens was taken to the hospital after being attacked by dogs, but investigators aren't sure if he died from a dog attack.
"We don't have any information at this point as to what dog is was that jumped on him, if there was a dog, and we're awaiting information from medical personnel, and from the crime lab," says Cpt. Jim Thompson.
