Two students are run over in school parking lot

May 3, 2004

Dougherty County - A Dougherty High school student is charged with aggravated assault for ramming her car into fellow classmates. 17 year-old Tiffany Conley was arrested April 22, 2003 after driving her Corsica into two students in the parking lot of Dougherty Comprehensive High School.

Authorities say Conley was trying to hit Nechesa Jenkins but another student walking with Jenkins, Cariya Harvey, was knocked to the ground. Harvey suffered minor injures, and Jenkins was not hurt.

Conley is charged with two counts of aggravated assault. Authorities don't know why she ran over the girls.
