Albany - A Byne Baptist student was run over by a car Friday night and now her friend is charged with aggravated assault. 17 year-old Shelly Harbuck told police she doesn't remember what happened Friday night.

She was found lying beside Telfair Street, a road just below the bypass near North Jefferson street. She had been hit by a car. Whoever hit her drove off.

17 year-old Haley Albritten, a friend of Harbuck's, is now charged with aggravated assault. She was released from jail today on a $15,000 bond. Harbuck is in fair condition at Phoebe Putney.
