Albany -- Two 11 year old boys are arrested for setting an Albany apartment on fire.
The apartment at 2304 West Gordon was set on fire Monday. The man who lives there quickly put it out.
Investigators say the two boys were playing, setting lighter fluid in a bucket on fire, and that it spread.
The damage is estimated at one thousand dollars. The boys are charged with third degree arson, and are in the custody of the state.
