Cordele-- Three Crisp County students were shot over the weekend in what could be a gang-related fight.

An employee of "The Clubb" on 11th Street in Cordele says the fight started a few blocks away. It ended in gunfire in front of the business just after midnight Friday. He insists none of the students was inside the 21-and-older club.

A 16-year-old Crisp County Middle School student was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. "It's too early in the investigation to tell but we are following up on the investigation but it is too early to tell if it gang related or not," said CPD Spokesperson Carrie Lull.

Three Crisp County High School students were injured but are okay. They are 17-year-old Brandon Dawson, 18-year-old Demarcus Mapp, and 19-year-old Jock Montford. School administrators are conducting their own investigation.
