Albany -- A bond hearing Monday for an Albany firefighter accused of child molestation.

Dozens of family and friends show up to support Albany firefighter David Lockett. The Albany Fire Safety Inspector was arrested March 12th and charged with making lewd pictures and tapes of children.

The DA says he should stay in jail because he'll try to destroy evidence. But his family says that not true. Lockett's sister, Shirley Jordan said "I'm David's sister. I've known him from birth. He loves children. He love us, we love him. I trust with my heart. I trust him with anything."

Judge Willie Lockette, will decide Tuesday whether to set bond.

Lockett has been an Albany firefighter for 17 years.
