Albany -- It was the battle of the strong arms Saturday in Albany. Over 150 participates came out to compete in the third annual "Battle of the Giants" arm wrestling tournaments in Albany. World Champion and novice arm wrestlers from eight states came out to put their muscles to the test.

But ask any competitor they will tell you it's all in the wrist.

"Your wrist and your hands strength are pivotal to success. You have to have your arms be in perfect formation. You just have to have the whole package together," says arm wrestling champion Nicole Cisco.

Enthusiasts at Saturday's competition say arm wrestling teams are growing in popularity around the county. The club that sponsored the event claims to have more than 20 thousand members world wide.
