Moultrie - Pilots at Moody Air Force Base are expected to start practicing over Spence Field this summer.
It's a collaborative effort between the City of Moultrie and Moody Air force Base. The Spence Field runway will be available for pilots to do exercises.
The base still needs to work on the runway control structure, including electrical work.
