Albany -- A fire in an apartment building was intentionally set. The vacant unit at 2800 Partridge Drive was engulfed in flames when firefighters got there around 11:30 Sunday night.
The fire started in the utility room, and caused more than 20-thousand dollars in damages.
Neighbors had seen a man sitting on the back porch of the apartment earlier in the day.
