Homerville - A South Georgia man is charged in the death of a toddler hit by a car.
Three-year-old David Levin Pafford was struck and killed by a car Sunday night on Bethel Church Road in Clinch County. The driver of the Kia Spectra that hit him, 23-year-old Brandon Thornton of Homerville, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and driving under the influence.
He has been released from jail on $100,000.00 bond.
