Albany -- An Albany man goes on trial Monday for an April armed robbery. Police say they arrested the same man trying to rob a store just one month ago.
22 year old Ned Ivey the Third is on trial for robbing at gunpoint the C.V.S. Pharmacy in East Albany April 18th.
While awaiting trial for that robbery, Ivey was arrested February 7th, and charged with robbing the Chevron Store on North Slappey. Police say they saw him running from the store and found a gun when they caught him.
A jury was seated Monday in his trial, and testimony has begun.
