Homerville - A drug round-up in South Georgia nets 16 arrests, and police say more are ahead.

Clinch county deputies issued 38 arrest warrants Thursday for felony drug charges. As of 4:00, 16 people have been taken into custody.

Investigators say this wraps up a six month undercover investigation into several different drug cases. "They're charged with anything from marijuana possession to selling prescription drugs, crack cocaine, methamphetamines, and other various drugs," said Mark Register, Homerville Police Chief.

Investigators expect to have all of the warrants served by Thursday night.
