Tift County- State troopers say Kylus Lee Simmons, Jr. was driving South on I-75 just outside Tifton when he ran off the right side of the road, hit the ditch, and overturned.

Simmons survived the impact, but later darted out in front of another tractor trailer driven by 53-year old John Harvey of Fairborn.

Simmons was killed instantly. Troopers say Harvey will not be charged, but the cause of the initial wreck is still under investigation.
