Albany- Not much is left of the driver's 1995 Honda Civic. Police say he was traveling east on Broad Avenue around 2:30 Sunday afternoon when he lost control of his car, hit the curb, struck a tree and overturned.

"The driver was ejected from the vehicle and the vehicle partially rested on the driver. He was transported to Phoebe Putney emergency center," says Sgt. Leonard Bell of the Albany Police Department.

We do not know the driver's name or condition yet, but police say he is about 19 years old. Charges against the driver are pending results of the investigation.
