Sylvester- E. W. Young was born 99 years ago Sunday.

The Sylvester native blew out the candles on his birthday cake surrounded by 6 generations of family.

His great-great-great grandson Jacob Aubrey Brim was born just last week.

"It's awesome. I couldn't wait for this day, and I love my son to death. It's good to be a part of this family and to have something like 6 generations," says Jacob's father, Joe Brim.

Young says he's a proud great-great-great grandfather, and says he just glad he was alive to see this day.
