Albany- Central Baptist Church dedicated their new youth wing Sunday.

The center was partially paid for with money willed to the church by late members. The new center has a cafe, a game room, and area for worship with a projection television.

"It's our hope that it gives this community, Albany a place where the kids can come and be safe and make friends and friendships also we can teach them about the important moral values they get from the bible and Jesus Christ," says Pastor, Edd Spurlock.

Youth ministers say the center will be open Wednesday and Sundays. They are also planning to hold game nights on Fridays.
