Albany -- A Florida woman wins a car in an Albany American Legion raffle.|Post 512 started selling tickets last year to raise money to complete Albany State's Football stadium.

Sunday, they announced the grand prize winner Jocelyn Byers of Florida she'll drive away in a new Kia. "We feel the school benefits not just the students at the school but the community,"saysVaughn Reid of the American Legion Post 512. "The community benefits the nation. So we are apart of building a fine nation."

The post raised more than 19 thousand dollars for the A-S-U stadium. David Shed, of Albany and Monday Dixon, of Cordele, also won prizes and should contact Post 512 to claim their winnings.
