Fitzgerald- Twenty-six-year-old Duwayne Hendricks is charged with murder, aggravated assault, and numerous weapons charges.

Police say he and 30-year-old Maurice Collier got into an argument Saturday night at the Boom Boom Room in Fitzgerald. Hendricks pulled out a .380 caliber handgun and shot Collier.

He was later pronounced dead at Dorminy Medical Center. A 23-year-old woman was also wounded in the shooting.
