Albany-- All week, volunteers have been building a home for a needy Albany family in honor of Doctor Martin Luther King.
But, if more people don't show up to help, it could be awhile before the family moves in.
Construction Manager Penny Armitage says, "We have had an excellent turnout this week but then after that we have few volunteers that come out and that is what really delays the completion process and allows the family to move into their home."
Putting in the insulation and dry wall is the next step. Without enough volunteers, it will take up to three months or more to complete the house.
