Albany- Police say 35-year old Janice Bell, of Albany, and her husband Stanley began arguing at the Dollar Inn on North Slappey around 8:45 Saturday night.
Her 22-year old cousin, Sharita Mitchell, says she saw Bell hit his wife. When she tried to hold Stanley back, Mitchell says he hit her too.
So, she pulled out a knife and stabbed him 3 times.
Mitchell is charged with aggravated assault and Janice Bell is charged with partying to a crime. Stanley Bell is in fair condition.
