Plains-- A Democrat hopeful for the Presidential seat will be in South Georgia this weekend.

Howard Dean will spend the remaining hours before the Iowa caucus in prayer with former president Jimmy Carter.

Dean will attend President Carter's Sunday school class at the Maranatha Baptist Church. Recent polls show Dean is locked in a tight race with Missouri representative Dick Gephardt in the Iowa caucus.

Mr. Carter is not expected to endorse Howard Dean's campaign .
