Tifton- 75 students will start the new semester in these $32 million ABAC Place Apartments.

Each unit has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, and a living room. Students say they are excited about the spacious, modern living facility.

"It is great. It's a big step up from being in a little dorm room to havaing a great, nice, big apartment. Bigger beds and our own room, and not having to share a bathroom so many girls," say freshman Allie Ware and Dana Sorrow.

All utlities are included in the monthly rent, which ranges from $345 to $360. Construction will continue until all 835 rooms are complete.
