Berrien County - A South Georgia man was killed and another injured in a car crash this morning.

About 9:30 Wednesday morning on Highway 129 near Ray City, 21-year old Jay Mosier lost control of his Chevrolet Blazer. It hit a Buick Lasabre head on. The driver of the Buick, 35-year-old Albert Kenneth Kelley, was killed instantly.

"It took some time to extricate the victim in the Buick, so traffic was stopped for a couple of hours, but now we've got it moving again," said Trooper Ward Holton.

Mosier is in fair condition at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta. No passengers were in either vehicle.
