Vienna-- A judge has dismissed a lawsuit challenging Vienna's city elections.

City Council candidate Emerson Lundy, and Mayoral Candidate Relvert Dobbins filed suit in November contending election fraud. The suit claims some people voted twice and others who lived outside the city limits were allowed to vote. A judge threw out the suit in Dooly County Superior Court Tuesday.
