Albany-- A load of grain shifted and caused a tractor trailer to overturn at the corner of Philema Road and North Jefferson Street Tuesday morning.
Joe Smith who was driving the Bennett Supply Company truck. He said as he made the turn, the load shifted. About half the grain spilled, but most of it ended up beside the road.
Smith was not hurt and was charged with driving too fast for conditions.
