Leesburg- Congressman Sanford Bishop spent Monday afternoon talking to students at Lee County High School.
He says Americans will not lose focus of the problems plaguing the job market and the domestic economy.
"It was obvious that Saddam Hussein was not in control of any troops. He was trying to survive and to run for his life, but there are those insurgents who are attacking our troops and who are," says Bishop.
He also says the capture of Hussein will spark more debate about the fact that no weapons of mass destruction have been found in Iraq.
