Moultrie - An old hospital is for sale and the sellers are willing to make you a good deal.

The price tag for the Vereen Memorial Hospital in Moultrie starts at one dollar. A task force has tried to market the building, but so far there are no takers.

Earlier this year, county officials moved out of the old building and into the new government center in downtown Moultrie.

The task force wants the building to be an asset to the community. Some suggestions so far, make it into a city park or a museum.

If you're interested or have suggestions call the Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
