Americus-- The second woman wanted on charges of killing a nursing home patient surrenders.
50-year-old Linda Jolene Hogue of Sumter County was booked on felony murder and cruelty to the elderly charges this afternoon.
Hogue and her former co-worker, 52-year-old Jean Cape Bodrey of Cordele are accused of killing 65-year-old Johnny Wilborn. Wilborn was a resident of the Lillian Carter Nursing Center in Plains when he died while under their care in November 2002.
Bodrey and Hogue were nurses. Both were fired that same month. Bodrey is out of jail on $50,000 dollars bond.
