Bainbridge - Noone will be allowed to smoke in government buildings, restaurants, stores, or bars. City Manager Chris Hobby says, "The need to protect the public from second hand smoke and that kind of thing, outweighs the need to protect an individual's business rights."
The only exception will be for Bainbridge employees who have a separately ventilated, designated smoking area. The ordinance goes into effect January 1st.
