Albany--Southwest Georgians now have a new place to get different types of medical care. Sunday, Phoebe Putney opened the doors of Meredyth Place in Albany. The medical complex will provide diagnostic, orthopedic, and optical services all in one place. The complex also includes waterfalls and a walking path where visitors can exercise. Planner say the complex will help to handle the hospital's growing out-patient services.
