Worth County--A wreck happened around 6:30 Saturday morning in Worth County on Highway 300 in Oakfield. A street sweeper truck was traveling south when the driver somehow lost control. The vehicle flipped over and land in a Dorothy Curry's front yard. "I heard a loud explosion like a thunder rolling over and I got up and looked out that window. And when I looked out I saw the vehicle had landed there so I jumped up there and called 911," says Curry. The passenger was killed instantly and the driver was taken to the hospital with injuries. Their names have not been released yet. State Troopers continue to investigate the wreck and charges against the driver are pending.
