Albany- 41 year old Calvin Davis had to be restrained by bailiffs as Superior Court Judge Stephen Goss sentenced him Friday evening.

Davis was found guilty of felony rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping, burglary, and false imprisonment in an attack of a woman on July 10, 2002.

But, he was found not guilty of raping three other woman during a 15 day period in June and July, 2002.

Davis was initially charged with raping seven women, but prosecutors severed the charges. Now, the District Attorney office says it will pursue prosecution for those sexual attacks.
