DAWSON - Theo Parker, 22,  was in a bucket truck repairing a traffic light on Highway 82 in Dawson Monday when he was knocked out of the bucket and fell to the pavment

He is recovering from serious head injuries and a broken leg in a Macon hospital.

A piece of equipment sticking up on a tractor trailer rig caused the fall.   The truck driver is charged with carrying a load that exceeds the legal limit.
