Morgan-- Two Morgan men are sentenced to one year in prison for a robbery attempt.

Police say 22-year-old Antwan Bernard Gainer and 22-year-old Melvin Eugene Rathel rushed a Quick Buys employee as he was locking up the Morgan store in July.

Both men were armed, one with a butcher knife, the other with a shotgun. They forced the store clerk back inside the store, but an alarm sounded and the men fled. The men also have to pay a $300,000 fine.
