Albany - Turkeys get all the attention at Thanksgiving, but hams are popular at holiday meals too.
Honeybaked Hams, in Albany glazes, and sells nearly 400 hams for Thanksgiving. Then they have to get right back in the kitchen after "Turkey Day" to make more hams for Christmas.
"I normally glaze all the hams myself but during the holidays, I have a staff to help me out because there are just too many hams for one person to handle ," said Debbie Truett, Assistant Manager of Honeybaked Ham & Cafe.
Honeybaked Ham hires additional glazers for the holiday season and even has one worker who does nothing but answer phone calls for ham orders.
