Cordele-- A Cordele man accused of strangling his live-in girlfriend is indicted for murder.

38-year-old Ricky Bishop was arrested September 30th after 37-year-old Suzy Neisent's body was found inside their home. Neisent's two young children had been living there for two days, unaware their mother's body was hidden in the laundry room.

Bishop had checked himself into a Montezuma hospital then was transported to the Mental Detox Center in Sumter County. That's where deputies arrested him. Bishop's arraignment is December 2nd. His earliest trial date is February.
