Albany- Barbers at Price and Price Barber and Beauty Salon formed an organization called Clippers that Care.

They travel around the county giving cosmetology services to elderly and disabled. Sunday they expanded their service to the entire community and for three hours gave customers $3.00 haircuts.

"Price and Price and Clippers that Care kind of combined our efforts together to reach out to the community to let them know that we appreciate them and they're not overlooked for the years of support that they've provided for us," says Tosh Sevier of Clippers that Care.

This is the first Sunday for the discount services, but organizers say they plan to offer the service every third Sunday at the three o'clock.
