Tifton- The Tifton Hometown Holiday Celebration Committee held a press conference Friday highlighting some of this year's events.

The four day celebration will have a 50's theme complete with rock and roll music, poodle skirts, and even a drop in visit from the Flying Elvi.

"About 25,000 people are expected on Saturday and that's a good crowd for Tifton and we hope they'll come back for other festivities and events that we have in the city of Tifton," says Mayor Paul Johnson.

The Hometown Holidays Celebration will include dozens of events and will be held December 4th through the 7th.
