Ben Hill County- Deputies found 24 year old Michael Andrew Wall hiding under a bridge at the intersection of Tyson and Kennedy streets Tifton Tuesday afternoon.
Wall is accused of shooting his roommate, 32 year old William Tyler Arnet three times in the back Sunday night at their home on Pine Forest Road.
Investigators say Wall stole the 38 caliber handgun.
He's being held in the Ben Hill County jail charged with aggravated assault, burglary, theft by taking, and weapons violations.
