A South Georgia man was killed instantly when he slamed his car the back of an 18 wheeler ,Saturday. 56 year old James Miller, of Leary, was driving westbound on Leary Road near the Calhoun County line last night around 6 o'clock. He tried to pass an 18 wheeler...but misjudged the distance and crashed his car into the truck. Miller died on impact. The driver of the 18 wheeler, 37 year old Mark Robertson of LaFayette, Louisiana was not injured. Robertson will not be charged in the accident.
