Albany- Water, Gas, and Light employee Dymytrk Kittles was cutting a pipe in front of the Bridge house on Front street when he cut into live electrical lines. There was an explosion and Kittles was badly burned.

In his $6 million suit he claims ATI and the construction supervisor knew about the live wires, but failed to tell him. Lawyers for ATI say they will file an answer to Kittles suit within 30 days.

In a separate suit, ATI has settled with property owner Johnny George.

George sued ATI over a change in the agreement for the rental of his property. ATI won't release the terms of the settlement.
