Albany- The National Bike League held it's War of Stars national competition Saturday at the Parks at Chehaw.
Some of the pro racers are competing for a chance to qualify for the Olympic team as the BMX Motorcross makes it's debut at the 2008 games in Sidney.
"So now you've got the younger kids wanting to do it. Now they think they can be Olympians, and then you've got the older kids that are wanting to be Olympians, and the NBL is the stepping stone to make the Olympic team," says Jay Schofield, Assistant Track Director.
Nearly 700 riders, from 3 to 70 years old participated in the event.
