Valdosta - Team spirit is exploding at two South Georgia high schools.

Friday night, Lowndes and Valdosta High Schools will vie for the title of Winnersville Champion. Students went to school Friday dressed for a football victory and they're fired up about the long anticipated game.

"This is like the Superbowl of Valdosta, and we look forward to this game for all year," said Aztec Curry, VHS Student.

The American Red Cross is also sponsoring a blood drive to see which school can collect the most donations. So far, Lowndes High is leading the blood battle. The winner will be announced at tonight's game.
